Budget reclining setup

Just thought I'd share this setup that I built as inspiration for anyone who has issues with neck + lower back pain. I've been using it for about a year and a half and have not had neck or back pain since I started using it. Also I saw that video on LTT the other day about that very nice but absurdly expensive modular lounge chair setup and thought "Hey, that's more or less the same sort of thing that I built except way more expensive" so also posting for anyone who was into that but doesn't have that kind of money.

 

It's mostly made from parts of a couple of small drum racks I picked up cheap on marketplace as well as a few 3D printed parts.

 

I love to encourage people to DIY so if I happen to get anyone interested in building something like this and you have any questions I'll keep an eye out for comments ✌️
