Sooo... I built this pc 2 weeks ago and everything has been fine except a minor yet very... annoying problem. At seemingly random times the web browser (chrome xd) seemingly freezes, but is still doing the task, I just can't see it. For example I might open a browser and start writing in the search lines when I look up and see that nothing is typing in, I click on it (thinking I might have not clicked it first) but the blinky thingie doesn't show up. Then after like a second or two it unfreezes and shows the letters I wrote. The same happens when I start scrolling on a site... I start scrolling but nothing happens I check if I'm even tabbed in (yes I am) but its not doing the thing... Then if I move my cursor across the window it changes it to what it should be almost like a paintbrush, then again after like a second or two the whole window becomes normal.

Same thing happens on Discord (i assume because it's basically just a browser app underneath?) but it doesn't unfreeze (at least not quickly enough) I tab out and back in. (maybe tabbing in and out helps on browser too but it ends too fast)

It's actually frustrating in a way because it happens so fast I can't screenshot it or get the camera in time to show how it looks. (maybe discord I could tho)

One hypothesis I have is that it happens only when a game is in the background. (maybe Medal.tv is somehow doing it?)

From one point it's not that big of a deal but it's getting on my nerves.... Pls help...
