Cloning windows 11 drive NOT Working

I'm trying to upgrade my M. 2 from a 500 GB to a 1 TB, but for some reason, the new drive takes the cloning but still won't boot.

What good cloning software do I not have to buy?

Does the drive have bitlocker enabled?

You're talking about OS migration.

Here's a good video you can watch about it.

 

I've used DiskGenius that is demostrated in this video, it worked well.

 

For your problem it might be that your new drive is in MBR partition style, so it needs to be converted to GPT first.
