Youtube - how to disabled casino/gambling ads?

How can you disable casino/gambling ads specifically on Youtube, for people who have an addiction to this stuff?

You can't really disable specific ads. Best you can do is turn off personalisation, or outright get an adblocker. I recommend doing both.

1. Log in to your Google Account.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Go to Account Settings.
4. Go to Data and Privacy.
5. Go to Personalised Ads.
6. Enable Personalised Ads.
7. After enabling personalised ads for your account you will be taken to My Ad Center.
8. Select Customise Ads.
9. Select Sensitive Topics.
10. Uncheck Gambling.

Alternatively you can remove ads from Youtube with a Youtube Premium subscription.

you cant... only after the fact and a lot of effort... which is useless cause then they'll just show you another "casino ad"... all you can realistically do is block *all* ads, and you should as they're often an attack vector for malicious software.  one word answer: ublock origin (ok two words)

jokes aside yeah youll still run into other undesirable ads anyways so you have to get yt premium or use ublock origin if you dont want annoying ads

 

yt is kinda stupid anyways cause sometimes it thinks im a girl and reccomends me blouses and whatnot with integrated bras or whatever shenanigans that i have zero clue on, but i dont login to my google account when browing youtube these days so that might contribute to it

Same way you disable every other ad: uBlock Origin.
