Hey Team 

 

last week my father passed away and I have been trying to work on getting some information from his pc and phone i got the pc working but his phone doesnt use the same pin 

 

we have tired everything we can think of and all samsung wanna do is wipe the phone 

 

please there must be a way to get the phone unlocked with out wiping it
