I planned on getting a laptop when I've saved up enough money and was wondering if this was a good option. I want to use it for general things and light/web gaming. If not, whats a good option?

Intel or AMD Model?

Which Specs exactly? Do you have a Link to the offer? Because yes, the Laptop is good - if the Spec-configuration and Price are good. The Price decides if if it's good.

8gb Ram is not an issue, both Intel and AMD Model use 2 Ram Slots. You can just stick another 8gb stick into the Slot and you have 16gb Dual Channel. Or put the 8gb Stick out, keep it for emergency, and put 2x 16gb inside for 32gb.

But it's NOT for Gaming, unless it's older and more simple Games on lower settings. This is an Office-/Work-Machine.

I'm so sorry for the late response!!! I believe I was looking at the AMD Model, here's the link to the page. I plan on play games like Friday Night Funkin', Binding of Isaac, and maybe a bit of minecraft.
