Resetting Speco Industries n16NRE To factory defaults

Recently I got some N16NRE's with the 6tb hard drive from a local liquidation center. After getting home and wanting to at least attempt a setup, I realized that a password/account appears to have been setup. There is question to answer to reset the password and I have also tried the most common defaults from what I could gather around other forums and individual manuals. I don't really have a way of contacting there support as the fourm requires many many details that I don't have, aswell as the money they also want to reset the password

 

So far I have done little as I haven't found a resources for it but what I have done is

-Took CMOS battery out to reset

- Detach 6tb drive (Not sure why in retro spec)

- Looked around in the ui couldn't access anything as I am not signed in

 

 

Also meant to install latest firmware but without being logged in I don't see how you could, on top of this there is limited to no documentation that I can find on the product I have.

 

If this is better off posted somewhere else, please let me know so I can move the post.

Even with the drive disconnected it still boots to the UI (Nothing about account or anything else changes), my assumption is that SPECO has a on board chip for the os/ui?
