desktop New PC Build turns on and back off only CPU fan and Ram is lit, usage ~ 200W

So I have:

 

Motherboard - Asus Rog Strix X670E-A

GPU - Nvidia Geforce RTX 4060 Aero

CPU - AMD Ryzen 9 7900X

PSU - RedDragon 007 80+ Gold 850W ATX

Ram - 2 Sticks 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6000Mhz

 

My issue: 

 

So i have 11 fans in my chassis and obviously 1 fan for the CPU for some reason when i turn my pc on it just turns off again with everything still lit after it flickers of course so what I've tried is, so my dilemma is when i add things like a hard drive or more fans this happens but otherwise my PC works fine also I have a hub for the fans with ARGB and Power.
