Does anyone here use Rope for AI faceswaps?

I want to try this and im trying to find a tutorial to install Rope Pearl, but they all include some sort of paywalled python install script.

I found this one that seems to be free:

Is this legit? Im just worried I end up installing some malware in the process. They install something called "choco". They also use a virtual environment to run it for some reason. Someone could look at this and say if it's safe?
