Budget (including currency): Under $400

Country: United States

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Valorant, Roblox, Rainbow Six Siege, Fortnite, And Video Editing Apps

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

You might be able to get a 7800 XT for around $400 if you are willing to wait until Black Friday.

If not, a 7700 XT is also a decent GPU.  its currently $390.

We are maxing out your budget with these two GPU's however.

Video Editing Apps

how often?

is this a source of income or just a hobby?

if its often and a source of income then id reccomend a used 3080(ti) or atleast an a770

if its not too often and just a hobby thing id reccomend a used 6900xt/6950xt though if you cant find a good deal on one the 6800xt is usually around 3080 pricing (350$)

your only new option at this budget is the 7700xt at 390$ and its pretty pathetic compared to used considering the equivalent 6800 can be found for 250-300$ used whilst having more vram so you can save 100$ whilst getting extra vram or you can add another 10-60$ depending on how lucky you get with used 6900xt/6950xt deals and get a gpu that outperforms the 7900gre
