Hello!
I consider myself pretty tech savvy, but I haven't been able to figure out a solution to a sudden total loss of audio on my main pc, so I'm hoping y'all can help! I was in the middle of a gaming/discord session when I suddenly lost all audio (my game was muted so I initially just thought it was a discord issue). This what I see when I run the Windows 10 Audio Troubleshooter:

Choosing yes on this screen gets me here:

Regardless of what options I choose, this is what the troubleshooter spits out:

I feel like I've tried every obvious solution, like trying a different headset, updating drivers from the mobo website, etc. At this point I'm open to any ideas since I've been working on it for a couple days and starting to lose my mind. Any and all help appreciated. Here is a pic of my system info if its relevant
