What causes this "crash"? (Tried to solve for over a year, desperate)

I started the game, loaded it in and entered a match. Then a little after this kind of "crash" happened, with the fps dropping almost to 0, and lasting for around half a minute before it suddenly is ok again

 

The funny thing is, Gaijin, the developer of the game often releases devblogs just before major updates (download a nother verison of the game only for testing). And this verion, has no issues at all, works perfecly fine without any crash! (Test server Its not trough steam tough)

 

this doesn't happen in every game, some games are perfectly fine!

-Rust

-Pubg battlegrounds

-Battlefield 5

and more 

 

Any idea what it is? I don't know what to do! I have tried to fix this for over a year and now i am so frustrated i don't know what to do!
