Dell GeForce RTX 3070 8GB - Flash bios and enable Resizable BAR ?

I have Dell RTX 3070 graphics card with 8-pin power connector. What is the current status regarding Resizable BAR and this graphics card?

The bios that this card currently has does not support that apparently even though that setting is enabled in bios. I read that one bios was released but apparently removed due to bugs.

I believe this card is Dell RTX 3070 LHR because according to Techpowerup that versio has 8-pin and not 12-pin power connector.

Is there correct bios available for this that supports ReBAR?

Look for a part number on it and see if you can find anything on Dell's support site. Good luck with that. You might instead need the asset tag of the system it was originally from.

Even if you can't find ReBAR bios for it, I wouldn't worry about it. Those GPUs weren't designed with it in mind anyway and to my understanding it was whitelisted for some games that could get benefit from it.

3000 cards all have 8 pin connectors afaik

But as @porina said it's not worth much to enable ReBar on those cards, you won't get any noticeable gain

what do you mean have  8 pin connector?  i mean they sure do, but usually they have more than just one!   mine has 6+8 pin for example!

that's like saying all 1050ti only use board power! (lol)

Okay, I actually thought some of them have that new type of connector but apparently these Dell RTX 3070s are available with either 1 x 8-pin or 2 x 6-pin ?

Techpowerup lists two Dell models and LHR model is supposed to have 1 x 8-pin like mine does, it does however say "1  x 12-pin" for that other Dell model, not "2 x 6-pin".
