ALL Rounder pc for editing playing and steaming games.

Budget (including currency): 2500 CAD

Country: canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I want to play, stream and edit

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):  i am also confused with amd and intel as amd is best for gaming  7800x3d is way overpriced right now. I really want to spend as minimum as i can. 2500 is max.

If you can't get 7800X3D because of the price which I agree is ridiculous right now... then just get i5 14600k instead

Add whatever storage you need

Seems like 14600k is the best value now as Ryzen 5 7600 starts at the same price and is a worse CPU overall and the Ryzen 7 is more expensive.

I made this list. It's got a 12700K (8P- 4E-cores), Z790 motherboard and a 2TB SSD for around 2450. The 14600K is 100 CA$ over the 12700K

I'd still go AM5, maybe with a cheap 7700 for now and wait for better times

I'm willing to swim against the current.
