What is the best Thermaltake AIO at this price range?

Hi, I'm building a pc and I'm not sure which aio is the best to cool my Ryzen 5 7600x among those, since they are in the same price range and I can't think any comparisons online between these, so I was wondering what the consensus is. My options are:
1. Thermalright Frozen Prism 360: https://www.amazon.it/Thermalright-ventola-dissipatore-integrato-LGA1700/dp/B0C4SS8STM/ref=sr_1_5_pp?crid=2XN7ZP9YT9DJX&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.qFcIKWEmypMpBpAU1aFipO9IRcxUAnW8J-fhb6r2ke2FxGABnIhtmb0qC5gpzAN-4p1tPe-FCrz5wuuy48FtZygX1U-768ZfSnhpJ6g6EXtJCmNszcVNwowciCsRgkPc2SB-c-l5fgwHwXwER6qbyo1-Nb2qVpC688gs7qPfW-MZMKCopb3RD0Z8r9CSjQTUGtfA7pxN4T9JVUkWrfVWKhg_xi5NE6oCqr6sFxwNjyF32GuM9KxHUcraufcjG0LJ3efb--6KxyUpVNsulBN_7lFRPGoa4bYoTYSn3Vviczs.N-ZH-9l0bk4sRoZg4Yk_4-H5jK6OgblZyz9D2iIWJ50&dib_tag=se&keywords=thermalright&qid=1728379459&sprefix=thermalr%2Caps%2C104&sr=8-5&th=1

I am looking for the best one especially in terms of cooling and noise. What do you guys think?

None of them, get a Peerless Assassin / Phantom Spirit.

I've gotten to know some stuff, but am far from omniscient, so don't take my advice as gospel and wait for other opinions - I just like throwing in my two cents when I can.

Thermalright =/= Thermaltake

7600x can run off of stock cooler, no need for AIO, get cheaper Assassin/Spirit tower cooler,

Cooling and noise, can be easily handled by Assassin/Spirit tower. Saving you money as primary concern.

They are about the same.

Why do you want an AIO? An air cooler is fine for that and most other AMD CPUs. Are you planning to get a hot CPU next, or OCing?

I've been using computers since around 1978, started learning programming in 1980 on Apple IIs, started learning about hardware in 1990, ran a BBS from 1990-95, built my first Windows PC around 2000, taught myself malware removal starting in 2005 (also learned on Bleeping Computer), learned web dev starting in 2017, and I think I can fill a thimble with all that knowledge. 😉 I'm not an expert, which is why I keep investigating the answers that others give to try and improve my knowledge, so feel free to double-check the advice I give.

My phone's auto-correct is named Otto Rong.🤪😂

It's worth to mention, that 7600x is one of the least hot AM5 CPUs out there

I know that but I hadn't noticed I made a typo yet lol. I know about the Peerless Assassin and Phantom Spirit, but since I noticed that they are only 15 euros cheaper and are huge in the case, I thought I'd get an aio that looks much cleaner and gives you about the same performance. My pc is not in a very good airflow spot (My previous build had an Hyper tx3 evo on an i5 9400f and it ran at like 50 degrees idle. I had mounted it correctly, checked multiple times) so I'm not comfortable going into Assassin Spirit territory anyways, so for a 15 euros delta thought I'd get something that looks much nicer

also I'm temporarily running on an Amd wraith spire my brother got with his 5600x and it's running at like 60 degrees idle and peaked at 101 during a fortnite session yesterday, so stock cooler (which isn't shipped with a 7600x anyways) definitely isn't a choice lol

Hyper tx3

is a 90mm fan, single tower,

Thermalright's Air Coolers, those recommended, are dual fan dual tower air coolers, which have 120mm fans.

Not terrible, should be between 60-80°C with either Dual Tower Air Cooler or AIO during load.

If you're certain on AIO, does it have to be ARGB? Also what is your case?

I don't care about RGB honestly, I just want the one that cools the most and makes the least noise out of these. I'm leaning towards the Frozen Edge based on this video

and I've seen that the Edge often goes for like 15 euros higher on us markets

For what is worth, your current CPU won't take much to cool, so regardless of AIO/Dual Tower Cooler you get, all could easily be tuned to spin slower so they make less noise overall.

These AIOs apart from attractive price have quite nice performance, the RPM more or less scales with noise level.

Which can be seen in their Tower Coolers, they spin less but have lower "Noise Level".

It is worth noting that "Noise Level" =/= "Max Noise".

Yeah Frozen Edge works, you see, it has louder "Noise Level", but it also has higher RPM rating.

That's not a bad AIO but, looking at the specs that CM provides, which is almost nothing useful for the pump, several of TR's AIOs are better. Then again, I only have two, and so does @freeagent (and not the same between us). FA is THE TR fanboy and he admits it. 😉 Not excited about the rifle bearings on those CM fans, and the 1.86mmAq pressure is similar to many a TR AIO.
