What kind of games? Which ones are you specifically trying to improve the performance of?
What resolution and frame rate can your monitor support?

If the games your playing (or looking to improve) arn't competitive shooters, I'd probably just get an RX 7700 XT and keep the Ryzen 3100 for now.

As for the RX 7600: it's lack of Vram can make it a poor value depending on the games you plan on playing.

Common build advice: 1) Buy the cheapest (well reviewed) motherboard that has the features you need. Paying more typically only gets you features you won’t use. 2) only get as much RAM as you need, getting more won’t (typically) make your PC faster. 3) While I recommend getting an NVMe drive, you don’t need to splurge for an expensive drive with DRam cache, DRamless drives are fine for gamers. 4) paying for looks is fine, just don’t break the bank. 5) Tower coolers are usually good enough, unless you go top tier Intel or plan on OCing. 6) OCing is a dead meme, you probably shouldn’t bother. 7) "Bottlenecks" rarely matter and "Future-proofing" is a myth. 8) AIOs don't noticably improve performance past 240mm.

I think you could get a new RX 7700 XT and a used Ryzen 5600X in your budget.

That would be my recommendation.

Just realised I was shopping in dollars by accident so my suggestion is over budget. That said I'd still recommend a used 5600 or 5600X over a new 5700X.

Get a Ryzen 5600 and a Radeon RX 6700XT/6750XT if those are still available.

Thats fair. I will look at the performance difference as well as the price difference. For me up until now the 5700x seemed like the best deal but maybe I was wrong?

The ryzen 5600 is good and available, but the rx 6700xt and the rx6750xt are like 400 euro and the rx 7600 is around 250 for me. I could look into the used market but prices rarely vary cus germany ig

You could have worse prices, imagine you lived in Croatia where the prices are about 30% higher on average on everything but the income is way lower.

Maybe a 6700 non-XT 10GB? Or the regular 6650XT/6600XT?

@Blash I'd argue that a 6000 series card is only worth it, if your buying it used
