Upgrade to 4070ts?

Do you want to use your second PC for tasks that need that level of graphics firepower? If so, grab something comparable. Is your second PC just a spare desktop or a non-gaming HTPC? Grab a lower-end card off of eBay/FBM/Jawa/whatever where you live for the second PC.

Also worth asking yourself why you're upgrading. If your 3070 can't keep up, upgrade it. If it can keep up and you don't need that level of performance in your second PC, save your money imo. It really comes down to what you're doing with it.

I have 2 pc's 1 whit no graphics card and 1 whit a 3070 i would want to buy a need to buy a new card but the question is do i upgrade the 3070 or do i get something comeparable for my 2nd pc

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.
