Buying used LG C4 55" from Marketplace, need advice

NickKz

I have a chance to buy a oled55c4pua.dusqljr for $500

My spidey sense kicked in because this seems way too good to be true IMO I mean it’s less than half price

The story they gave doesn't make sense either, they said they wanted a bigger one, but it's too late they can't return this one...

I asked them to show me the menu and it says total power on time 2111 hours

Anything else I should ask for / check?

Is this a good deal?  Are there any widely known defects with this particular model that I should look for?

Hoping to get it today so if anyone can help asap I would appreciate it!

I can see the serial number in the photo they sent, can I check that with LG to see if its in warranty?

I just bought a S90d for my living room, but this would be nice to have for the studio room.

As with any OLED, I'd be looking for screen burn to start with.

I'd also consider if it might be stolen which unfortunately is not something you can really check on.

Personally, I don't think I'd feel comfortable buying a TV second hand.  I bought one of eBay once and looking back, it was rather sketchy, wouldn't want to do that again.
