After trying what feels like everything, This pc still wont post.

We can't seem to get the PC to post or even show any signs of life. The only thing it does is the Ram lights up. We have tried another motherboard and a different power supply. We have cleared the CMOS. We unplugged and replugged in all the power cables. We reseated the RAM. We tried different RAM. We tried only using one stick. I have only built 4 PCs in my life and have never come across this before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Case: Hyte Y70 Touch
Motherboard: MSI MPG X670E Carbon wifi
CPU: Ryzen 9 7950X

Cooler: Corsair icue link h150i

RAM: 64GBs of Corsair dominator ddr5 6600mhz
Power supply: seasonic vertex GX-1000
Graphics Card: Phantom RX 7900 XTX

Ps we also flashed the bios.

Remove any and all rgb stuff connections that is connected to the psu and motherboard. Basically have as little stuff plugged in and even remove the gpu. Basically only have the power cables connected for power.

Technically you want to do this OUTSIDE of the case on a cardboard box like the one from the motherboard to have as little variables as possible.
