7th Gen iPod nano not turning on

Donut417

My mom's 7th gen iPod is no longer turning on. We have tried plugging it in to her charger. Ive plugged it in to my charger. Ive pressed the power button and volume down button and held it for 30 seconds. Also tried that with the power and home button. Is it dead?

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

You can try leaving it plugged in. If you're not using Firewire, it could take a while for an iPod with a really flat battery to come back to life.

Considering it has a Lightning charging port I am not charging via Firewire. I know she used a genuine Apple charger for her iPhone 13 mini and Im using the USB port built in to my UPS.

I did ask her about the battery, and she said it wasn't dead when it stopped working.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
