Star Citizen Vulkan API Quick Performance Test - Alpha 3.24.1 - AMD Flagship Gaming PC

WallacEngineering

This is the current performance of Star Citizen on a Modern AMD-Based Flagship Gaming PC using the Vulkan Beta API as of Alpha 3.24.1.

No Upscaling or Frame Generation, pure Raster rendering performance at Native Resolution on my 3440x1440p 165 Hz Monitor.

Full PC Specs are as follows:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7800X-3D

GPU: Power Color Red Devil/AMD Radeon 7900-XTX

RAM: 32GB (2 x 16GB) Trident Z5-NEO 6000 MHz CAS 30

MoBo: MSI Tomahawk B-650 ATX

Storage: Samsung 980 Pro NVME 4.0 (2TB) + Kingston NVME 3.0 (4TB)

Power Supply: Seasonic Focus PX-850 (850-Watt Platinum)

CPU Cooler: DeepCool Assassin-IV with Kryonaut Extreme Paste

GPU Cooler: Red Devil Factory Air Cooler

Case: Lian Li LanCool 216

Case Fans: LanCool 216 Default - 2 x 180mm Intake + 1 x 140mm Exhaust

Overclocking: EXPO RAM Profile; CPU and GPU - Mild, Stable, Safe Overclocking

Please note the game is still in Alpha Development stage and has not been optimized whatsoever and is very CPU bound. Also note that I do not have a capture card or separate PC so my PC is capturing the game while playing it, lowering performance slightly.
