What kind of motherboard you're currently use?
Based on your specs, it seems you're on AM5 platform

And may I know the reason of motherboard upgrade?
AM5 is barely 2 years of platform, so it's quite strange to have a upgrade

Well my friend got me a pre built pc a year ago and my pc shuts off randomly and some of the ports are very loose, so the things I plug in disconnects, so I thought might as well get a new one

I see, PC shut off randomly is still a lot of variable of cause, is it during gameplay or just plain browse/video watching/work related?

Regarding of the port loose, that is very strange, it could be a very cheap board such as A620 (although I never used A620, so I may be wrong)

Could you send a video of trying to plug a connector (USB or anything at the rear side of your PC)?
It could be as you suggest a bad board or perhaps the board is not installed properly on the PC case
