My laptop is stuck in aptio setup.

I'm using an aorus 15 p laptop. But I cannot access windows any longer and cannot exit this menu. The laptop did go through an update and I saw the windows password screen. But after that I was stuck in this screen and cannot exit. I'm on windows 64 bit. Please help.

This is the Bios screen.

First press F9 to save Optimized Defaults, then F10 to Save and Exit.

 

If this fails, go to the Boot tab. See if your Windows OS drive is showing. The drive may not be plugged in or has failed.

Thanks so much. That worked. Anything I can do to prevent it from going to the same screen ?. I was at the windows home screen previously as well. But it failed after 10 mins and went back to bios screen. Should I rollback the update ?

So the same thing happened again. But it now no longer posts into windows . It just goes back into bios. I've also included the boot menu.
