Thanks, I don't have friends with AM5 builds so cant do that. I will try remounting the cpu

Repair shops should be able to test your CPU easily (and maybe for free). If you have no other choice, you may also be able to purchase a CPU and return it if it doesn't solve your issue (just ask and get written consent before buying).

Hello, I recently bought a Colorful CVN B650M Frozen V14 for my motherboard.

I tried to boot it up, but I'm getting a red debug light with my ram sticks. I tried resetting CMOS, removing the battery, letting it boot for 20~ minutes, reseating everything, changing around the ram slots and trying just one.

I don't get to bios or any display output. The CPU fans are spinning moderately, and so are the ram glowing with rgb.

 Any help would be appreciated!

Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 5 7500F

RAM: Juhor 32GB DDR5 6400MHZ Cl32 Kit (16*2)

PSU: Corsair RM 850

A RAM debug light can also mean a RAM controller (part of the CPU) or a motherboard issue.  Testing your CPU in another computer (or another CPU in your computer) would be a good test.

I just left the RAM and CPU at a store, today they could tell me what is failing...

The store confirms that both ram modules are not working. They tested with my cpu, ram  and other motherboard and is not working. They change the ram and all was working fine with my CPU and the motherboard of the store. I will RMA and buy new modules
