Bought a new cpu, motherboard and ram, I get the green screen of death

Pretty much the title, I upgraded from a ryzen 2700x to 7700x. Bought a new b660m motherboard, ram etc. i get a green screen with system licence violation. I tried everything to make it go away, yt tutorials, inserting just one ram stick, got components out and in again, tried two ssds, I don’t understand what is it with it.

B650 or B660?  I am guessing B650 🙂

Are you able to reinstall windows? Or are you not able to get into the BIOS etc?
