Need some inputs for gaming laptop CPU and GPU

Hi, i need some opinions particulary for the CPU and GPU on two different laptops i'm considering to buy. For context i don't really do heavy gaming much maybe a couple AAA games like RDR 2 and Cyberpunk and a couple of sim racing games, i'm also gonna use it for my daily laptop (college and stuff).

 

First one is a Ryzen 7 8845HS with an RTX 4060 (6gb VRAM) and the second one is an i7 13800H with an RTX 4070 (8gb VRAM). Now price wise aside, which one do you think is better performance wise and for the long run?

i7 13800H with an RTX 4070 should have better performance. Both CPU and GPU wise.
