how do i fix ryzen 7 7800X3D stuttering

im using an ASUS rog strix x670e and seemingly at random my game will stutter, ive also noticed around the time it stutters the device security section in windows will switch from standard hardware security not supported to your device meets the requirements for enhanced hardware security.

ive read on the internet that switching off tpm will fix it but im on windows 11 and play valorant so i really dont want to do that. im using the latest bios. is there any way i can fix this? these stutters are driving me crazy.

Can you fill in how the machine was set up in the first place?  Fresh build?  Anything "upgraded"?  Drivers not updates?  BIOS?  DDU?

 

There are a ton of things that can impact, and usually it's a nonfresh install/build.

this is a brand new build, and my bios is on the latest version. i got cpu chipset drivers and gpu drivers from the amd website and i let windows update install everything else

And you have no physical hard drives in the system?

 

Full specs may help, but it sounds like you did everything right.  So outside of a bad game install or Windows issue... hardware would be the problem.

 

Do your drives or CPU or GPU show the stuttering in Task Manager usage?  Or any temp issues in HWInfo64?

 

I am unsure how to diagnose a stuttering like that, or to prove what causes.

No hard drive, my bad for not clarifying that earlier

My specs are 

Asus rog strix x670e

AMD Ryzen 7 7800x3d

Corsair Vengeance 2x16 6000mhz

And rx 7900xtx 

Samsung 990 pro 4tb

I don't think anything is showing in the task manager but I can send a screenshot later today. I'm 99% sure it's the tpm because whenever I turn it off my game doesn't stutter
