Your computer has a memory problem

I just ran Windows Memory Diagnostic and it says my computer has a memory problem. My computer has been getting the BSOD and rebooting a couple of times a week lately which is why I ran the test in the first place. I also noticed this appearing in the event viewer pretty frequently.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x0000001a (0x0000000000041792, 0xffffe281362c1890, 0x0000000000100000, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 504ca2bf-be7f-4aca-b760-e803278d3890.

I'm attaching a CPU-Z screenshot of my RAM. This is the model: G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series (Intel XMP) DDR4 RAM 32GB (2x16GB) 3600MT/s CL16-19-19-39 1.35V Desktop Computer Memory UDIMM - Black (F4-3600C16D-32GVKC)

I have an Asrock Z690 Pro RS motherboard with a 12700k.

Are these related? Which steps should I take to try to fix the memory issue?

What motherboard do you have? See if that kit is on the QVL for that particular board. If it is, then you should contact GSKill for a warranty replacement. Most RAM kits I've come across offer lifetime warranties.

rma rams get a replacement set

if you get a refund instead then get whatever the cheapest 3600c18 kit is available

in terms of performance 3600c18 and 3600c16 non bdie are basically the same or within margin of error just that 3600c18 is usually alot cheaper
