Dbrand - Disatisfaction with Clear Case

Description of your issue:

I previously bought a pixel 5 case from them and was really satisfied user for years. When i upgraded to an iphone 15 pro I chose the Dbrand case that was advertised on LTT as never yellowing. 

 

After less than a year, the magnets in the clear case’s mag safe array have corroded, leading my clear case to fill with rust. 

 

Have you tried solving your issue through the brand's customer support channel? If so, what was the result?

I haven’t contacted Dbrand yet. 

 

What would an ideal resolution of your issue look like?

I would expect Dbrand to send me another clear case, but if this is how the product wears i would prefer to come out of this with the black case instead.

This is what you should have done before making this thread. Just saying.

By making the thread first...

It's like you went to a restaurant and ordered a burger without pickles. But you got pickles in it regardless. Then, instead of complaining to the counter about it to get it replaced, you went directly to the regional manager in an attempt to get the employee fired and have the entire restaurant shut down. Give them a chance to make this right.
