PC takes 1h+ to boot into bios

Laptop from Lenovo, 4 years old model number: Lenovo IdeaPad5 15ARE05

Windows 10 64bit

BIOS and Windows are the newest versions as I already updated both but Laptop is stuck in boot atm so I can not check the exact versions.

 

Problem description:

My laptop sometimes takes 1h+ hours to boot. If this is the case the power LED lights up and nothing happs for 1h and sometimes up to over 24h and then suddenly the laptop boots as normal. I already tried to remove the ssd and the laptop dos not boot into the bios (I have not checkt if it dos eventually so after some hours). Boot problems sometimes occure on normal boot up and if the labtop goes to sleep it never leavs sleep and neets to be shut down manually and boot problems always occure. So far they have never occured if I did a restart only if shut down, or put to sleep.

The problem also occures if the battery is disconected and only wall power is used.

Other things that are not normal:

-Very rare crashes during video playback (started with the boot problems).

-Clock drifts even when powerd on by 5-10min an hour. (I already tried replacibg the CMOS battery)

 

Otherwise the computer behaves completly normal when booted up and I honestly have absolutly no Idea anymore what might cause this. Hence I am asking for help. Also Windows and Lenovo hardware checks also gave no unnormal results.

When you get this, hour long boot, can you go into task manager and then performance tab? You should see boot time in top right of the tab, I want to see if that's the actual boot time.

I checked and the time in Bios was shown as 2.5s even though the boottime was way longer. I also must add that I also don't touch the labtop and it suddenly just decides to boot.
