why such a small cpu cooler?

there are better fans than the f12 ppc at that pricepoint, take a look at the phanteks d30's
 

lastly, why design a system around something that isnt even out yet?

I'm going to build it in late 2024 to early 2050. Waiting for Rtx 5090. I need fast and strong PC to do 3D design and Game Development.

It's probably still a terrible build, but it's powerful.

 

Solid build overall, but the SSDs are QLC, which means they aren't the best for 3D work, which you also need a lot of cores for, so a 7950x3d would be better. Also that AIO is terribly overpriced, and still worse than the arctic liquid freezer 3

New Intel CPU are likely in that time frame. It's too early to be detailing this build.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
