System not waking up after being asleep

Title pretty much says it all. Everything is up to date.(bios/drivers/os) Runs perfectly fine once I hard reset, but I have to turn off the power supply to get it to reset. All my temps look good while running. System has been running great for about 5 months. That's when I built it. This is my first build and first real pc. I know very little, but do learn quickly and follow directions well. lol Anything else you need to know just ask and I will do what I can. Any help would be great. 

 

System specs:

Ryzen 5 5600x (no oc)

Team group DDR4 3600 CL18

RX 6800

Gigabyte B550MK

What have you tried to wake up your pc? Mouse, keyboard?

Are they wireless?
