fps and performance loss problem after msi oc gpu and resetting oc

my system: 32gb ram ddr4 cpu: amd eyzen 2700x, gpu msi 2070 super

 

Hello! im hoping to get help from here. i overclocked my gpu with msi software trued it little bit ending to boost core clock +130 and memory clock +200 so it wasnt so stable and clear fps drops and performance loss then i reseted it and restarted computer but the fps loss is still present even i deleted msi oc application it fixed my stucking memory 7000mhz and 2000mhz core problem even idling but the fps problems are persistent. i also have been changing from bios: docp enabled for ram and tried cpu oc tuner from bios and pbo enabled if that matters. hard to believe that overclocking with msi sofware destroyed my performance permanently considering i have seen way higher clocking. what could be the problem? monitor is 1440p. my computer just feel stiffer and about less 20-30fps.

DDU drivers

 

reset CMOS

 

install GPU drivers again 

 

also make sure chipset is updated.

not permanently but until you do the necessary steps above.
