If it works and OP's happy with the results, that's really all that matters. Running GTA5 on a 5€ GPU is still a minor miracle.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

Now overclock it for extra 2 fps.

its not really that unusual, lots of older outdated "slow" hardware is still actually "usable" (decades later) just the beauty of (hd, eh) pc gaming.
