my GPU keeps crashing and i don't know why

GALAGER

CPU i91300ks

GPU 4090 game rock edition

RAM 64 gig

PSU corsair rm 1000e

Motherboard asus prime z790-p wifi

my computer screen goes black and my fans rev to max, this happens randomly, under heavy load and under idle.

things I've tried already are checking my ram memory, dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, sfc /scannow there were a few others i found online that were similar but i can't find them.

I've used the stress test tool via corsair diagnostics app with everything passing

i used intel's diagnostic tool to check the CPU passed test

i did a clean reinstall of my gpu drivers in safe mode

i plugged my hdmi into the motherboard hdmi and the pc works great, i had the fans briefly rev up but the pc didn't crash as it would have using my graphics card so I'm positive it's not anything other than a gpu issue but I'm not well versed in computers.

this is a prebuilt system that has had this problem since day 1 and when i finally had time to open a ticket i find I'm locked out of my Gmail where my receipt is located, don't get me started on googles account recovery system.

my recurring fault code.

This problem seems to be, from what I can gather online, due to Hardware Acceleration being enabled.

What game(s) or application is this problem coming up on?

You can DISABLE Hardware Acceleration within the Browser settings, within Discord settings, etc, etc.

well it's really a crap shoot when it comes to pin pointing the source of when it happens.

it happens while gaming ark asa is really all i play

it happens when my pc is running idle I'll hear my fans max out, run over and turn it off 'black screened as well' there is no time frame on when the idle crash happens as it has happened in an hour or i can leave it on over night wake up go to work come back look at my pc from afar and it revs those fans to max out of no where without interacting with it.

it happened when i ran the sfc /scannow i believe it was that command i was trying to find corrupt registry files.

it can be day or weeks without an issue then randomly it starts acting up again. then i restart my pc sometimes it will fix it for awhile sometimes it happens several times in one day

I've also taken out my CMOS battery and reset that, I'm just throwing shit at the wall and hoping something sticks at this point.

almost forgot i have Hardware Acceleration on so ill turn that off but like i said it may be week before it happens again or it could happen as i type this out.
