Is this legit?

I want to buy a new battery for my thinkpad E470, and I've found this one for pretty cheap, but idk if it's legit. Also slightly off topic, but does anyone know why my aliexpress always redirects me to the spanish page? I don't live anywhere near Spain

How old is the ThinkPad? After the product stops being supported any genuine battery is likely old stock and the battery may well have reduced capacity simply because of it's age. In that case you don't actually want the legit product, you want a recent copy.

As for aliexpress have you save a bookmark that you use that has the spanish subdomain "es." at the start? Like the bookmark you've posted here.

If you're interested in a product please download and read the manual first.

Don't forget to tag or quote in your reply if you want me to know you've answered or have another question.

Should be. Note that batteries ship from aliexpress via boat so it can take 1-2 months to get there.

Your IP might incorrectly be classified as belonging to a Spanish ISP and their site redirects you to that subdomain based on that

Remember to either quote or @mention others, so they are notified of your reply

Nah it's just that if you click a link that has someone's country (they always do) it then remembers that until you change it in the settings (or open another with another country...)
