Can someone explain Retro Achievements and hashes to me?

I have a physical copy of Need for Speed Underground but when I add it to PCSX2 the Hash is different to one that RA uses, probably because mine is a European copy and they have a US copy.

 

How do I find an ISO for NFS Underground that has the same hash as the RA developer, I downloaded a US version of NFS and the hash was still different to the one on RA but it was the same as the one on redump.org.

 

Not really sure where to go from here as I assume it's not supposed to be this difficult to get everything setup.

Managed to get it up and running, no idea how, but I did it 🙂
