I plan to build a mini-ITX PC, will all these components work?

-Lexar NM620 1TB M.2 2280 NVMe SSD

-AMD R7 7800x3d

-RTX 4070 Ti

-XPG KYBER Power Supply Unit 850W 80 Plus Gold ATX 3.1, ETA Certified

 

I am reluctant to buy Asus after watching so many bad reviews about it on Gamers Nexus.

Asrock a620I can run 180w CPUs with no problems, so 7800x3d will run with no problem.
