Can anyone suggest a dock/hub for a laptop?

This is for my sister and I'm having a hard time to find the best options hub or dock for her. She has a Lenovo legion slim 7 with 5800h and 3060. She doesn't have space for a desktop, so she wants to dock her laptop  when at home. The dock/hub needs to have enough ports for keyboard, mouse, headset and speaker. It should also supports 1440p 144hz or higher as her current monitor is an msi mag 275qf. It's not needed but it would be good if it also supports charging. I've been looking at lenovo docking stations, but so far, the once I've seen only supports 30hz or 60hz. As for her budget, I don't know, probably $200-$250 max, but would be better if it's cheaper I guess. Hopefully, the suggestions are available in amazon, newegg, bestbuy or walmart. Thanks!
