The body of my "gaming" laptop is making clicking sounds after I used it like an actual laptop, what should I do?

So yeah I decided to take it to college and use it like an actual laptop, carrying it around, holding it with a single hand (usually try to grab it from the middle to the back making it sit on my forearm like a baby, oh wait this image is helpful) and showing a presentation to my hackathon team members.

And also to mention travelling with it in my backpack, my commute is of 2 hours and it's in my backpack's padded region which tbh barely holds it as a significant chunk of it's end sticks out and touches the zipper, so been using it like that, but now I noticed the side of the body just made a click sound I noticed it at college and was perplexed I thought it was the trackpad but I didn't touch it, and then I came home and I noticed this

It's more audible irl and it was on both side tho now the other side seems normal, and it seems that part is sticking out like like very little but yeah, I don't think it was happening before, what should I do?
