i have a hardware issue with my monitor that described in the embedded image ( Note : it has not been damaged or knocked , it's just appeared out of nowhere ) , and i can't determine what is the problem with it and how i can fix it , but i am pretty sure that is a hardware issue not software , In fact , I have Tried many other ways to fix it as changing the display port and HdmI tho , but it hasn't fixed

One of the control boards is failing. I'd suggest looking at a new monitor, as repairing one is generally not worth it.
