1080p all AMD am4 ARGB build with minimum possible budget under $900

Budget (including currency): PKR 250,000 (Approx. USD 900)

Country: Pakistan

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Cyberpunk 2077

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Ryzen 5 5600, RX 6600 and 16gb RAM are bare minimum for me. Motherboard, casing (including fans), cooler and ram should have ARGB support. Monitor, keyboard and mouse should be included in cost. No operating system cost is required as I already have a windows 11 license.

Don't buy AM4, go with AM5.

It's within your grasp.

No way to get a AM5 build including Monitor, Keyboard and mouse for $900 in Pakistan due to customs / import tax,  unless to cheap out significantly on the GPU or other parts.

I would say a AM4 system with a 5600x is the way to go for OP.

You are asking a lot for your budget.

ARGB is literal opposite of minimum possible budget.

You are on crack if you get RGB components under like 1500 dollars.

I can consider buying used parts like graphics card, monitor, keyboard and mouse and I need argb in motherboard, case fans and cooler.
