question about genelec dsp speaker for pc 2.1 audio gaming and movie experience

how can i modify av amp feature such as bass management ,crossover frenqucy,and peq feature on pc intel cpu platform if i choose genelec dsp built in speaker ? 8351a and genelec subwoofer

can intel cpu hardware decode dolby and dts audio format for gaming and video playback?

my gear is 8750h hm370 chipset gtx1060maxq
