PC Black screen when loading games but not when stress testing

Go to solution Solved by Frumpadoo,

UPDATE:

PC no longer crashing when loading games. Tested both the games mentioned above with no issues to report, so fingers crossed. I did 2 things, firstly after testing today the PC Bluescreened and I noticed the error code was a "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" error, ran the SFC /SCANNOW command and it found and fixed some errors. Then I updated from AMD 24.7.1 Drivers to 24.8.1 Drivers. Either or both of those could have been the solution, I'm really not sure which.

Specs:

Intel i5-9400F CPU

AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT GPU (new)

DDR4 32GB RAM

Corsair rm750e psu (slightly used)

B365M PRO-VH (MS-7C31) Motherboard

Kingston 1TB ssd

Recently upgraded my GPU from a MSI GeForce RTX 2060 GPU to the AMD GPU lusted above. after installation the PC would blackscreen when attempting to boot games (Elden Ring and League of Legends are what I've tested). In the Event Viewer the crashes are listed as "Kernal Power Event ID 41 (63)" which is why I replaced the PSU initially, upgrading from a 500W PSU to the one listed above, but the problem has persisted. At this point I'm close to reinstalling the old GPU and sending this new one back, but I'd love to check if anyone has other possible solutions before I give up and reinstall the drivers again.

Tried:

Updating BIOS to most recent version

Deleted previous GPU Drivers and installed latest drivers for all devices

This is gonna sound weird but firstly:

Leave the PC without any power (cable disconnected) for a night and see if anything improves.

I've had some power issues before right after changing builds that somehow had to get out of the system. No, I cannot theoretically explain that 🙂

Secondly: Are you really sure everything is connected well? As in: all the way and secured?

You could also verify power settings in Windows, but that doesn't really prohibits a game to run usually.

Lastly I would try to see what happens with the old GPU. Just to make sure nothing else got damaged or wronged in any way.

I have double checked all of the power cables, made sure they're all slotted in properly, and it doesn't seem like and of the cables are loose. I'll try unplugging the PC overnight and report back if it fixes anything.
