Is this pc part picker good

More information is required.

Where is the Cpu, Cpu cooler, power supply, storage drive? you need those things to make a pc work.

Which is insufficient we can't even tell if it's compatible...

What exactly the PSU, CPU, and fan are would be useful information. At a glance I'd say you're probably spending more than you should on a case and motherboard but again that can vary a lot depending on what you already have.

At this point, I'd shy away from the RX 580. It's been a low cost workhorse for years, now. But a used 1080 Ti or the much newer RX 6600 is going to do so much more, and cost only a little more.

PSU looks like absolute crap, and you really should get a NVme SSD, it's still  10 times faster than a "fast" HDD
