Where is the Cpu, Cpu cooler, power supply, storage drive? you need those things to make a pc work.

What exactly the PSU, CPU, and fan are would be useful information. At a glance I'd say you're probably spending more than you should on a case and motherboard but again that can vary a lot depending on what you already have.

PSU looks like absolute crap, and you really should get a NVme SSD, it's still  10 times faster than a "fast" HDD
