HDMI Splitter with EDID and specific concerns, recommended solutions?

Shike

So I'm trying to upgrade my HDMI matrix and needing some recommendations.  Currently my setup is like so:

PC > Voicemeeter (for audio) > Audio DAW (for audio including room correction) > HDMI Matrix with DIP set EDID (Audio/Video) > Pre-Pro (doesn't support e-arc/outdated) > TV | Additional AVR

The reason I ended up with this solution is I needed to repeat audio to two devices and also have on extended display without it connecting/disconnecting when it's turned off.  The problem is the HDMI Matrix is woefully out of date as is the pre-pro now for current video standards.  I'm wanting to take advantage of higher refresh rates, resolutions, and HDR.  The problem I'm having though is finding a suitable replacement for the matrix.

Effectively, I would want something that has 4K, 120hz, HDR, and 5.1 or higher output capability with at least three outputs as the Pre-Pro is also outdated so the TV and pre-pro will now get their own feeds.  I don't want something that relies on a temporary copy/auto setting but remains static/on so it doesn't disconnect when a device (like the TV) is shut-down.  So far in my search I haven't found one that has DIP set options.  The other item I've thought that might work is going to a 1x4 EDID splitter with a copy setting and using a cheater for the EDID copy slot.

Anyone have recommendations?

I'm looking for a 1 x 4 predominately - the closest I have found is This but none of the 4K 120hz modes allow 7.1 LPCM.
