DBrand replacement Ghost cases

Name of Brand: Dbrand

 

 

Description of your issue: Has ordered the 8 pro Ghost case. Couple of months in, due to manufacturing defects, they said replacement cases would be sent in April 2024. Now it's Sept 2024, no updates.

 

 

Have you tried solving your issue through the brand's customer support channel? If so, what was the result? I changed to 9 Pro XL, Customer support said that when they send the email out for the replacement, I can select which case I want. On reddit, seems like the cases are now delayed for the same issues as before.

 

 

What would an ideal resolution of your issue look like? refund, if possible. Tired of being on the hook, about when it will come. Might as well go with Spigen, Mous etc.

For clarity, have you requested a refund? If yes, what was the response?

I was just thinking the same thing. The ghost case was horrible, mine came pre scuffed and it did not feel very protective especially considering how much it was. Let me know if they offer you a refund or update you about it. It's not a great look that they are being this shady about the whole situation.

I have not yet. 

I reached out when I purchased the 9 Pro XL and that's the response I got. I will wait another week before I ask for a refund.

Will do. I have a one week deadline for myself, before I reach out to ask for a refund.

So just got the updated email about GHOST 2.0 

 

So I just there is more wait till next month "mid-october".
