Does it have a WIFI antenna installed?  This is used to the Bluetooth as well.

What exact asus b550m-a model?` Isi the WIFI model?

PRIME B550M-A WIFI II ?

Be as specific as possible

It happened to me when Windows installed an older version of the driver that isn't supported by my OS.

More specifically it installed the Bluetooth drivers for windows 10 21h2 instead of the drivers for windows 10 23h2.

I had to manually install the newest version of the driver.

Based on what I found, that specific motherboard does not have Bluetooth or even WiFi natively. Are you using a separate adapter through USB?

Ok but do you have a bluetooth adapter?

Does your pc even have bluetooth? I see you list a b550m-a but that doesnt have bluetooth. Unless you have another version or do you have a bluetooth usb stick plugged in.

That error will happen on a pc with or without bluetooth capabilities.

So please provide us with more info we do not have enough to help you.
