CPU: i3 10105f

GPU: GTX 1050Ti

Mother: Prime H410m-e

Ram: T force Delta R 2666 mhz 1x16 GB

PSU: 80 plus bronze, 450w (we cant really remeber the exact brand, and its hidden by the case)

windows 11 pro x64

Howdy, as it says in the title, the pc does not show video, while the power button is blinking, (it is my friend's computer).

This happened to him after cleaning the pc, the point is, we already tried several things, CMOS reset, cleaning the ram and graphic card slot, removing the battery from the motherboard and putting it back, installing my ssd to his pc and even my gpu to his pc.

We also noticed that the RGB on the ram module takes about 4 seconds to turn on after hitting the power button on the case.

Here´s some videos:

I know that in the videos we do not show the monitor, since we have it disconnected, but the problem is shown with the LED blinking, normally it is always on.

According to Asus website, a power led blinking rapidly is a DRAM fault.

Try reseating RAM sticks. Make sure there is no dust into the RAM slots. Or try a stick from another computer.

From experience, a DRAM fault may also be caused by a CPU fault, but it should not be the case unless it was uninstalled during the cleaning process.

Hope that helps.

P.S., I was about to make the joke that 450W PSU is not powerful enough for the amount of leds in that machine.... but I'm sure you heard it more than once already 😛

Did he clean it with a vacuum?   Static electricity can fry your components if you get too close with a vacuum.
