Audio for a TV with very limited depth

I have a TV on the wall in front of the bed and I hate how downward firing speakers of the TV sound.

I couldn't find a good solution, because a soundbar is a very popular option, but if I put a soundbar below the TV and if it sticks out even a little I feel like I'm going to hit it every time I walk by. There is not much space there.

 

I had an idea to get a pair of Klipsch R-40SA speakers and hang them on both sides, but they require an amp which I don't know how to choose and I'm not sure how bad this idea is being not budget-friendly at all.

 

So I'm open to any suggestions below maybe $400 that wouldn't make walking past the TV even more annoying.

Mount a sound bar above the TV, high enough so you won't bump into it.

Bottom edge of the TV is 9cm from the wall

You have a giant black rectangle with a wire dangling out of it on the wall. How much worse is a soundbar going to look?

Should have removed the wire . It was for just two days to connect to a laptop, because the website I had to use is too annoying to deal with on a TV. I need it once a few months.

Samsung B650D turned out to be slim enough.
